Payment Methods

You can pay for your order securely online by selecting to use one of the following payment methods during the checkout process:

- All major credit and debit cards [through secure Actinic Payments]
- Paypal [either by account or credit and debit card through the Paypal website]

Paying by Credit and Debit Cards

You can pay for your order using a your credit or debit card either online via secure Actinic Payments or by telephone and mail order in the normal way.

Memory Boxes accept the following payment cards:
• Visa
• Mastercard
• Delta
• Maestro

We do not accept the following cards:

• Visa Electron cards
• American Express
• Diners Club
• JCB
• Solo

Credit cards will not be debited until goods are ready for despatch except where payment was prepaid through the Paypal website. Please note that for your security we do not store sensitive information such as credit card details. During the checkout process you will be directed away from www.memories-online.co.uk to a secure banking server where your payment details will be entered for pre-authorisation by your credit card provider. You will then be transferred back to the checkout page to complete your purchase. You will be required to give your card details each time you place an order.

Please note that memoryboxes.co.uk prices are the same no matter which payment card you choose to use.

Paying with Paypal

You can also select Paypal as a payment option during the checkout process. However next day delivery is only available for Paypal accounts with confirmed addresses. Customers accounts that have not confirmed their address may be subject to additional security checks.

Prepayment by card using Paypal means that full payment will be taken at the time of placing your order.

Paying by Cheque

We regret that we no longer accept payment by cheque.

Invoicing

An invoice will be sent with your despatched order. Where you have requested delivery of your order to an alternate address, your invoice will be posted separately to your customer address. All goods and delivery are priced in Pounds £GB.

Out of Stock Items

When your order is processed we will not take payment for out of stock items until they are available again and ready for despatch to you. When an order is despatched in multiple consignments you will only incur one charge for delivery.
