How We Deliver
Problems with Your Delivery
Charges are made for the handling, safe packing and postage of your order. The delivery charge is added to your online order at the checkout.
You will only ever be charged ONCE for delivery, no matter how many parcels your order is delivered in.
Standard UK Delivery Service
We use Royal Mail for our standard delivery service.
Parcels upto 400gms = £3.95
Parcels between 401gms and 3Kg = £5.95
Parcels over 3Kg = £7.95
A surcharge may be payable for additional weight or outsize items. For mail order these items are marked with a red warning triangle in the catalogue. Large or bulky parcels with length over 610mm or weight above 8 kgs are delivered by national courier. A signature will be required on receipt.
Remote destinations may incur an additional handling charge and we will inform you of any such charges when we process your order.
Delivery is usually made within 2-4 working days following notification of despatch and between 9.00am and 5.30pm on a normal weekday (Monday - Friday).
Next Day UK Delivery Service
If you require a Next Day or Weekend delivery please contact Memory Boxes on 01636 830108 for delivery charges.
Next day delivery is not available on back ordered items.
Where there are different priced delivery options available you will be asked to select your preferred delivery method at the checkout.

Where We Deliver
We can deliver to most destinations throughout the UK including the Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.
Standard UK delivery charges only are added at the online checkout. Please note that remote destinations may incur an additional handling charge and we will inform you of any such charges when we process your order.
We can't deliver to PO Box addresses.
For international deliveries please contact Memory Boxes on 01636 830108. We will be pleased to quote a cost for delivery worldwide.
You can arrange to have your order delivered to a separate address other than your customer address if that is more convenient. Please select this option at the checkout and enter the new details in the form provided.
Delivery charges are made per order to a single address. Redirection to a different address than that provided by you at the time of placing the order and after we have despatched your order may incur additional charges.
How We Deliver
We use both Royal Mail and national carriers for deliveries and a signature may be required for some parcels. Your order may be delivered in separate parcels or by separate carriers.
If you are unlikely to be in to receive your parcel please specify a safe, dry place where we can leave it, otherwise a card will be left and you will be able to arrange a re-delivery. Any special delivery information such as house location or alternative secure delivery point should be added to the information box provided at the checkout.
We care about the environment and your order. We may sometimes deliver your parcel in boxes that are good and sturdy but have been used before.
Problems With Your Delivery
We are confident that your order should be with you in 2-4 days following confirmation of despatch. If however, you have not received your parcel within 7 working days please contact us on 01636 830108 or email email@example.com.
